1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using Poster Escape, uploading a poster, or interacting with any part of the Platform, the User (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 16 years or older to use Poster Escape or submit content.
By using the Platform, the User represents that they meet this requirement.
3. Description of the Service
Poster Escape is a digital platform that allows Users to upload their own artwork (“Posters”) for potential display on the Website.
Posters are manually reviewed
Approved Posters become publicly visible
The Platform does not sell any products or services
Optional financial support occurs externally through Patreon
The Platform may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time
4. Membership & Access
Poster Escape does not provide on-site account registration.
Additional features and upload limits are available only to Users who support the Platform via Patreon.
The Platform may request proof of Patreon membership.
5. Membership Levels & Upload Rights
5.1 Guest Artist (Non-Member)
Guest Artists may:
Upload up to 2 Posters per month
Receive standard review
Be published if approved
No priority review or exclusive features apply.
5.2 Artist Member (Patreon – Artist Tier)
Artist Members may:
Upload up to 6 Posters per month
Receive priority review
Access member-only opportunities
Verification may be required.
5.3 PRO Artist (Patreon – PRO Artist Tier)
PRO Artists receive:
Unlimited poster uploads
Top-priority review
All PRO-exclusive features
Enhanced visibility options
5.4 Membership Conditions
All payments occur off-site via Patreon
Poster Escape does not process or store billing data
Ending Patreon membership → User becomes Guest Artist
Refunds handled by Patreon
False membership claims may cause suspended access
5.5 Visibility & Ranking Features
Artist Cards, portfolio pages, or visibility tools apply only to subscribed members
Ranking is tier-based: PRO > Artist Member
Within tiers: chronological order
Cancellation/downgrade removes visibility features
Features operate under the license in Clause 7
5.6 Invitation-Only Requirement
Artist Member and PRO tiers require an official invitation
Invitations apply to a specific platform phase
Old invitations expire with new phases
Patreon subscriptions without valid invitation are not recognized
Invalid perks removed; refunds via Patreon
5.7 Early Access Codes / Vouchers
Unique codes may be required to access certain features
Codes are single-user unless stated
Sharing/resale prohibited
Codes may be revoked anytime
6. User-Generated Content (Posters)
By submitting a Poster, the User confirms that:
They are the creator and rights holder or
They have obtained all rights/permissions to upload, publish, and display the artwork.
Posters may include reinterpretations, transformative works, alternative artwork or fan-art style creations related to existing films, franchises, or intellectual properties.
Regardless of artistic style or transformation, the User remains fully and solely responsible for ensuring their submission does not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
The User acknowledges that:
Poster Escape does not verify copyright ownership
Poster Escape is not liable for any copyright infringement
Poster Escape may remove any submission, at any time, at its sole discretion
The User accepts full legal responsibility for their submitted artworks.
7. License Granted to Poster Escape
Users retain full ownership of their artwork.
By uploading a Poster, the User grants Poster Escape a:
non-exclusive
worldwide
royalty-free
revocable
license to host, display, reproduce, and promote the Poster on the Platform.
This license remains valid until:
The User requests removal, or
The Poster is deleted or rejected
8. Social Media Display License
Users may optionally allow Poster Escape to share their artwork on official social media.
Non-exclusive
Royalty-free
Revocable
Previously published content may remain on third-party platforms.
9. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload:
Stolen or infringing works
Hate or discriminatory content
Violence or harmful content
Sexual content
Illegal material
Spam or advertisements
Misleading AI-generated works
Anything deemed unsafe
Poster Escape may remove such content without notice.
10. Moderation Rights
Poster Escape may:
Review all submissions
Approve/reject/remove Posters
Limit or revoke upload access
Remove membership perks
Moderate without explanation
Moderation decisions are final.
11. No Sale of Goods or Services
Poster Escape does not provide:
paid products
paid services
billing or checkout
All support occurs through Patreon.
12. Third-Party Services
Poster Escape uses:
Tally.so
Airtable
Framer
Patreon
These operate under their own Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
Poster Escape is not liable for:
Copyright violations
Data loss or technical issues
Third-party service failures
Moderation decisions
Reliance on platform content
Any harm from use of the Platform
Use is at the User’s own risk.
13.1 Additional Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poster Escape excludes all implied warranties and conditions.
Poster Escape is not liable for:
direct damages
indirect or consequential damages
loss of income, revenue, or business
loss of opportunities
loss/corruption of data
reliance damages
failures in Tally, Airtable, Framer, Patreon
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Poster Escape against:
copyright claims
disputes over submissions
damages caused by violations of these Terms
15. Removal Requests
Users may request removal of:
Posters
Artist Cards
Portfolio Pages
Social media permissions
Requests: contact@posterescape.com
Previously posted social content may remain online.
16. Termination
Poster Escape may restrict access if:
Terms are violated
Illegal/harmful content is uploaded
Fraud or misuse occurs
Patreon membership cannot be verified
17. Branding Rights
Poster Escape’s logos, brand identity, and original design assets are proprietary.
This does not claim ownership over third-party templates or UI systems.
Users may not impersonate or falsely represent the Platform.
18. Changes to These Terms
Poster Escape may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will show a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use indicates acceptance.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Türkiye law.
Jurisdiction: Istanbul courts and execution offices.

and all remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
